Ecological Trends Alliance prides in enhancing and building of internal and affiliated human capacity; With a core multidisciplinary secretariat comprised of Scientists, sociologists, Environmental Economists among other disciplines cushioned by a broad-spectrum Board, we search for and identify talent through interactive research and engaging of interns in daily core activities for hands-on experience.

We are open to networking with Academic and Research institutions nationally, regionally and globally through open exchange research programs. We offer support through management and supervision of studentships to build current and future specialists across different fields of expertise.

As part of the networking and carrier enhancement, we support the dissemination of project and research results of teams and individuals through publications of both reports and peer-reviewed journal papers. Ecological Trends Alliance welcomes broad and specific training packages to the organization by other institutions or organizations and affiliations which improves our capacity to deliver and improve on our product. A follow up program enables us to keep track of our team products, interns and affiliates as part of the initiatives to build a great human resource.
