Ms. Joselyn Bigirwa is a Gender and Development consultant. She is currently working as a Gender Analyst and Technical Adviser with us. Joselyn has a specialization in Human rights and has always provided guidance to teams on issues of equality and fairness. In addition, she is keen in undertaking thorough analysis of the contexts, in which we work to inform overall programming.

As a Human Rights and Gender practitioner and researcher, Joselyn is well versed with global and local legal and policy context. She has particular interest in social development, action planning, community engagement and improvement of quality of life and living of the under privileged. She is good at reading and this helps her remain up-to-date with global and national discussions. She was recently hired to lead and support on integrating Gender issues in our research and overall programme work.
