Ouma Paul is a professional with experience as an Auditor, Consultant and Accountant for a number of national, regional and international companies within government, non-governmental organisations and private sector in areas of: Audit including; Performance/Value for Money, Project Audits, Due diligence, Statutory, Internal Audit and Forensic Audit, Accountancy, Budgeting, Strategic and Business planning and development, reporting and capacity building, Tax administration & Management (VAT, PAYE, NSSF, WHT, Tax planning and Income Tax)

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of science in Accounting from Makerere University Business School and he is currently pursuing his CPA (Certified Public Accounting).  

Paul has worked with Organizations like Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA), Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment (ACODE), Peacock Paints Limited, Alfil Millers Ltd, Citizen Election Watch-IT (CEWIT), Uganda Insurers Association, Makerere Institute of Social Research (MISR) Projects, Blue Cube, Amnesia, Galaxy FM, Eco Petro Uganda Limited, Jaab Oils limited, Uganda Clays limited, NRECA International e.t.c as an Auditor or a consultant at different time intervals.
