Omondi Denis has 2 years’ experience in field project management. He worked as a teacher at Katunguru Primary School. He worked as a resource person with Kazinga Channel Schools` Project. He also worked a school contact person with Uganda carnivore program (UCP) where he coordinator the the UCP carnivore programmes in schools.

As a school patron with UNITE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, he coordinated environmental initiatives within the enclave communities and schools. Also worked as a “lion king”, a community wildlife scout that worked to improve the community and Park relations especially related to human wildlife conflicts. He worked as a Field Coordinator for ECOLOGICAL TRENDS ALLIANCE under IUCN Save Our Species ‘’lion queens and kings project ‘’ 2020- 2022.
